Our Mission: On the Web today it is extremely difficult to find cultural products mixed together. Items that you might be interested in, when browsing, are usually a distant memory but by the time you checked out 5 or more sites. You can’t compare them unless you have so many windows open on your computer that shopping is no longer the simple joy it should be. The owners of International Pottery House recognized the frustration that exists in the culturally diverse searches after many years of going through this arduous task themselves. To find a true art piece from China and then another from Japan and another from India and another …., well the whole process seemed to take the fun out of shopping and forced them, in many cases, to chose items that they really weren’t totally happy with. “If we had one place where we could see a variety of items and be able to compare them with having to go from site to site, the joy of shopping and the satisfaction of making our final selection(s) really and truly be what we wanted would be great. This is why International Pottery House was born and, from the response from our customers, its purpose for creation was needed as much by others as it was for us.”
Security & Privacy: We are committed to handling your customer information with the highest standards of information security. Your credit card information is stored only in encrypted form and only employees who need to know the information in order to provide products or services to you have access to your personal information. We respect you and will surely protect your private information.
Shipping Policies: All of our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and will arrive at any destination in the United States and Canada within 7-12 business days. If you are an international customer, please Email us and we'll let you know any additional fees associated with international shipping. We have access to many forms of international shipping and we will locate the least expensive but secure method for your order. All unopened products are fully refundable within 30 days of original order date. International Pottery House is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the unused product, please follow these guidelines:
* No Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
* Buyer has 15 days from the date of purchase to contact International Pottery House for refunds and to obtain an R.A.N.
* To obtain an R.A.N. please e-mail us at: mark@internationalpotteryhouse.com
* All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
* All items must be returned, unused and in re-sellable condition. If an item has been used, it will not be accepted for refund.
* Please return in original packaging (whenever possible) with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
* All return shipments must be insured for the full value to guarantee prior credit in the event that the shipment is lost.
* Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not accept COD deliveries.
* All refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product. International Pottery House, at its discretion, will then issue a full or partial refund.
* All refunds will be given by check, from our company account, for the total amount of your purchase and sent to you by mail. If you desire, a bank check will be used in place of our company check.
